DCはGT1-1を食うからScが減るみたいだ。
細胞内のScがエライ綺麗に染まっている。
ScN2aではprotease inhibitor E-64dを入れるとなぜかScが減る。

ポイント

筆者のNarangはウイルス説を信じてるちょっと変わったヒト
尿からPrPを検出する仕事には暗い過去がいろいろあるみたい。
2001年に上手くいったと思われたのは、明らかに非特異だった。
その後の長崎大学の某女子の調査でも、PK resの妙な非特異ぽいバンドが出た。
→バクテリアのOuter membrane proteinだろう。
調査メンバーのChenさんはCJDのサンプルなんてすぐに手に入れれるだろうに、今回は調査しなかったのは謎だ。
